Thank you for applying to be a part of the TFB Network. We want to ensure that you have complete peace of mind when deciding to join our ecosystem. This Refund Policy governs the rules and procedures surrounding subscription and membership payments made to us.

214-Day Refund Guarantee

We proudly offer a 14-day refund policy for your first subscription payment. We understand that finding the perfect entrepreneurs network is critical, and we want you to experience our community risk-free.

  • If you decide the network is not the right fit for you within the top 14 days of your initial payment, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • The 14-day period begins exactly at the timestamp of your first successful transaction.

3Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for the 14-day refund, the request must be formally submitted to our support team before the conclusion of the 14th day. This policy applies strictly to the initial subscription payment. Once approved, the refund will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

4Exclusions

Please note that this 14-day refund guarantee is designed for new members assessing the platform. As such, the following are not eligible for a refund:

  • Subsequent recurring subscription payments or renewals.
  • Direct capital investments into real estate or other ecosystem assets.
  • Tickets or fees paid for specific, standalone networking events.
