Village Park
Kerala's largest network of Mini IT Hubs — connecting 1,064 local bodies with world-class co-working infrastructure, community distribution, and skill development. Investment starts from 40 Lakhs.
Built for Scale, Designed for Community
Each Village Park ranges from 1,300 to 4,000 sq. ft., fully equipped with air conditioning, power backup, high-speed WiFi, and restricted access security — delivering world-class workspaces to every corner of Kerala. With 24 to 60 workstations, 6 to 14 seater conference rooms, and 100% AC coverage, every Village Park is built to maintain a uniform standard across all 1,064 target locations.

Workspace & Co-Working
The workspace operates on a rental and co-working model, divided into time-slots allocated for skill development programmes, office co-working, and managed offices. Brands can showcase services, create a front office, or distribute products directly to the local community through slot-based rental, skill development programmes, managed offices, and brand front office distribution.

Statewide Distribution
Village Parks act as connection points to 40,000+ community members for collaborating brands. This enables statewide physical distribution — reaching every individual to distribute products or services at the grassroots level. The network supports brand collaboration, physical product distribution, and community programmes and visits across all locations.

Expansion Progress
Village Park is actively rolling out across Kerala with 47 hubs already live and 112 in development, progressing towards the full target of 1,064 Mini IT Hubs — covering 941 panchayats, 87 municipalities, and 6 corporations. The current rollout stands at 10.5% progress with rapid expansion underway.
